CHOOSE A BROWSER
Windows Users
Internet Explorer is the best viewing option for Windows users. The Firefox browser is a good browser, but has problems playing Windows Media Files and often plays back the files at the wrong size. AOL browsers also have problems playing back video files. If you are an AOL user we suggest that you use the Internet Explorer browser that comes with your computer. The stock Microsoft Internet Explorer browser seems to perform better than the customized IE that AOL has developed. To use the stock browser go to the start menu and select "Internet Explorer" from the program menu. Mac/Apple Users All Mac/Apple web browsers can play back the MPEGs and Flash videos on our sites. Please experiment with several to find the best browser to use. CHOOSE A FORMAT
Windows Media Streaming - Best for PC Windows OS Users
Streaming Windows media allows users skip to any part of the video. There will always be buffering time when using this format before the video plays. If you are waiting too long to see the videos or the video is stopping and re-buffering try using a lower bandwidth or switching to MPEG progressive download. Windows media is built into all Windows computers and is available as a download for Mac users. Windows Download Instructions - Make sure to download the videos using the right mouse button. If you attempt to download with the left mouse button the video will not download but will play in your browser. Flash Steaming - Good for and Windows and Mac Flash streaming video allows users skip to any part of the video and can be played by 98% of all computers. There will always be buffering time when using this format before the video plays. If you are waiting too long to see the videos or the video is stopping to re-buffer try using a lower bandwidth or switching to MPEG progressive download. Quicktime Progressive Download - Good for Windows and Mac Users with slow or unstable connections All Mac computers can play MPEG movies. Most Windows users can also play these files. This is a very stable format and works better for some users than streaming movies. You cannot move forward in this format until the video is downloaded. CHOOSE A SPEED
